Boeing Space Intelligence & Weapons Systems (SI&WS) in Seal Beach California or Colorado Springs Colorado is seeking an Configuration Management Specialist (Senior) to support the ESS MPA Phase 3 Program.

Responsibilities of this position include but not limited to oversee and review of software and hardware documentation for internal consistency and adherence to Boeing and program standards oversee configuration control of work products generating CM records as evidence of adherence to CM plans and Boeing standards verifies accuracy of deliveries both internal and external support Change Boards and responds to internal audits and customer position requires the CM representative to lead the CM activities for the program and also be responsible for maintaining large number of documents.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Seal Beach CA or Colorado Springs CO

This position also requires the person to have an active DOD-Top Secret Clearance.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review software and hardware documentation for internal consistency and adherence to Boeing and program standards.
• Oversee configuration control of work products.
• Generate CM records as evidence of adherence to CM plans and Boeing standards.
• Verify accuracy of deliverables both internal and external.
• Support Change Boards.
• Respond to internal audits and customer queries.
• Lead CM activities for the program and maintain a large number of documents.

This position is expected to be fully on site in Seal Beach California or Colorado Springs CO.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
• 10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• NDIA certification.
• Jira experience.
• Supervisory or Task Lead experience.

Typical Education/Experience:

Senior Level 5: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 9 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor7 years related work experience 11 years related work experience etc.)

Summary Pay Range: $136000 to $196650
