Concrete Repair Technician – 1st Shift

Pay:$22.00$28.00 per hour

Job Type / Schedule: Ongoing 1st Shift MondayFriday 6:00 AM2:30 PM Overtime required (2 to 3 hours per day)

Pronto Staffing is hiring an experienced concrete repair worker for a busy production setting.

Job Summary

Pronto Staffing is seeking a dependable team member to inspect and repair precast concrete this role you will fix surface defects like cracks and chips to make sure the final product looks smooth and clean. You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment using a variety of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect concrete items for cracks chips and other surface defects

• Repair concrete surfaces using patching compounds grout and mortar

• Grind sand and smooth repaired areas to match the surrounding surface

• Fill in small air pockets and imperfections for a clean finish

• Use hand tools power tools and grinders safely and effectively

• Work with the quality control team to identify and fix issues

• Keep your work area clean and report recurring quality problems to supervisors

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience in concrete repair or related work

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

• Experience using grinders and concrete finishing tools is a plus

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Background check and drug screening may be required

Work Environment

• Standing walking bending and kneeling throughout the workday

• Lifting and carrying up to 70 pounds regularly

• Working in a manufacturing facility with changing temperatures

• Working around concrete dust noise and tool vibrations

• Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) including steel-toe boots
