Concrete Project ManagerEstimator

An outstanding full-time opening has become available in the Silt/Glenwood Springs CO area for an individual with 5 years experience as a Project Manager/Estimator with a background in Concrete projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits a 401K w/ matching PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 5 years of Project Management and Estimation experience working with Concrete projects in Commercial Residential Institutional and retail construction is PREFERRED
• Experience with Concrete projects including: Flatwork Foundations Stairs decorative concrete Architectural walls and other specialty work is a BIG PLUS
• Experience with Budgeting Material Management manpower planning blueprint-reading and Project Tracking is a MUST
• Familiarity assisting with submittals pulling permits and preparing reports is a PLUS
• Some knowledge of Bluebeam Maxwell ProContractor and Microsoft Excel software is a BIG PLUS

• Degree Vocational School and/or Certifications in Engineering or Construction Management is PREFERRED
