Concrete Foreman Columbus, Ohio

The Concrete Foreman leads and coordinates concrete crews to safely deliver quality work on schedule while supporting the successful completion of commercial construction projects.

• Lead and supervise Concrete Carpenters Laborers and Apprentices on commercial construction projects.
• Review and interpret project plans specifications and blueprints.
• Coordinate daily work activities to meet project schedules and production goals.
• Oversee subgrade preparation formwork installation concrete placement and finishing operations.
• Manage crew productivity manpower allocation materials and equipment needs.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and resolve jobsite issues while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and jobsite-specific safety requirements.
• Train mentor and support crew members in safe and efficient work practices.
• Represent Miles McClellan professionally when interacting with owners general contractors and project partners.

• 4 years of concrete construction experience preferably in commercial construction.
• Experience leading crews and coordinating daily field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints plans and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of commercial concrete construction methods materials equipment and safety practices.
• Ability to determine manpower equipment and material needs to meet project schedules.
• Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and supervise field personnel while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
