Concrete Finisher with AIS Infrastructure

Our services include infrastructure improvement heavy civil construction and site development for government and state agencies and private enterprise across the United States. We do a wide variety of heavy civil projects including highways bridges and DOT work power plants dams and reservoirs underground utilities and more.

Job Summary:

The Concrete Finisher is responsible for ensuring the proper placement leveling finishing and curing of concrete for large structures. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects while adhering to company safety standards and protocols.

• Place level and finish concrete surfaces.
• Operate finishing tools including screeds floats and trowels.
• Ensure proper curing and surface finish standards.
• Work closely with the foreman and carpenters during placement operations.

Requirements and Education:

• At least 5 years of experience in heavy civil roadway or structural concrete construction.
• At least 3 years of experience with concrete finishing.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and jobsite instructions.
• Ability to read interpret and execute plans specifications and layout with direction from Foremen and Superintendents.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on active construction sites.

Preferred Requirements and Education:

• Experience working on DOT or infrastructure projects is a plus.
