Gardner Construction a top-tier company specializing in concrete installation and foundation repair in the Twin Cities area is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Concrete Craftsman / Finisher to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Pour spread and finish concrete surfaces using a variety of tools and equipment

• Build and set forms for foundations walls driveways and slabs

• Install foundation waterproofing install drain tile systems and repair masonry

• Operate heavy machinery such as skid steers excavators and concrete saws

• Ensure quality standards and project specifications are met

• Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete projects

• Maintain and service tools and equipment

• Adhere to on-site safety guidelines and protocols

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in concrete finishing form setting and/or equipment operation (10 years)

• Proficiency with construction tools and equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• A Class A Commercial Drivers License is a plus

• Veterans and Reservists are a plus!

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay range: $32 - $40/hour based on experience
