Concierge

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented Concierge to join our team at VigorCare Pediatric Services. As a Concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families as well as assisting with administrative tasks and managing the front desk. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients and their families with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Answer incoming calls schedule appointments and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member

- Provide information and assistance to patients and their families regarding services insurance and billing

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes

- Collect and process payments from patients

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and record keeping

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction

- Handle and resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Stay up-to-date with company policies procedures and services to provide accurate information to patients and their families

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post-secondary education preferred

- Previous customer service experience required; experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

- Bilingual candidates preferred but not required
