Concierge

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their families. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all their needs are met. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients and their families in a friendly and professional manner

- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating services for clients

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

- Act as a liaison between clients and caregivers ensuring all communication is clear and accurate

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Handle and resolve any client complaints or concerns in a professional manner

- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for the office

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and record keeping

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and empathetic towards children and their families

- Must pass a background check and drug screening
