Job Summary
The Concentrates Packaging Lead oversees packaging of concentrate products and breakdown of bulk product into sellable units ensuring orders are accurate and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Delegate tasks track attendance and production rates and coach and train crew members.
- Production Oversight: Oversee weighing of concentrates and filling of vape cartridges and other concentrate products.
- Quality & Compliance: Run quality control checks and keep inventory accurate current and properly labeled.
- Order Fulfillment: Pull and prep product by priority keep trucks on schedule and inspect outgoing orders.
- Communication: Monitor email and Basecamp send shift reports and hand off clear instructions between shifts.
- Planning: Evaluate sales projections to build backstock and attend lead meetings.
- Equipment & Workspace: Oversee equipment upkeep and maintain a clean organized workspace.
- Other Duties: Support supervisors on personnel matters assist with R&D and help other departments as needed.
- 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Leadership/management experience a plus
- Plant/trimming experience a plus; computer and tracking software experience preferred
- Regular standing/sitting repetitive hand tasks and lifting up to 10 lbs
- Frequent walking and reaching; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs climbing or crouching
- Clear vision at 20 feet and ability to differentiate colors
