Computer System Analyst

SHC Federal is seeking a highly motivated Computer Systems Analyst to provide Tier II support to federal agency end users. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Required:

US Citizenship and ability to pass a federal background check and obtain DoD Secret clearance.

High school diploma.

Ability to work on-site in the Oklahoma City area.

6 years of professional experience (or Bachelors degree plus 1 years of experience).

Experience with Microsoft/Windows operating systems including the MS Office suite of applications.

Experience resolving software and hardware issues on end-user devices.

Experience documenting ticket resolutions.

Strong professionalism skills with ability to work with high-level government individuals.

Strong written (email chat) and verbal (phone in-person) communication skills.

Ability to obtain a CompTIA Security or similar certification within 6 months.

Desired:

Existing DoD security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).

Existing (active) CompTIA SEC certification.

Experience with remote desktop tools.

Responsibilities:

Support a 24/7/365 operation for a federal government agency.

Work directly with end-users to resolve higher level technical issues related to devices (computers phones printers) and software.

Use advanced troubleshooting techniques and technical knowledge.

Document and record ticket resolutions.

Use remote access tools to resolve technical issues remotely for users all around the country.
