Zensar is looking for a Site Reliability Engineerin the United States This position is open for Full Time with excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our engineering team. As an SRE you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability scalability and performance of our systems and services. You will work closely with software engineers DevOps and infrastructure teams to design build and maintain systems that are resilient and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Design implement and maintain scalable reliable and secure infrastructure.
• Automate operational processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Monitor system performance availability and capacity proactively addressing issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability and performance.
• Implement observability practices (logging monitoring alerting tracing).
• Respond to incidents perform root cause analysis and drive postmortem reviews.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Champion best practices in reliability engineering across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).

• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (Python Go Bash etc.).

• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes).

• Expertise in monitoring tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK Datadog etc.).

• Solid understanding of networking system administration and distributed systems.

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Education:

• Bachelors/ masters degree Information Technology
