Computer Analyst ON SITE

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid Drivers License

One year of experience providing end-user support or training on personal computers and hardware

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field

CompTIA A certification

Experience supporting hardware in a healthcare setting such as desktops laptops printers or medical devices

Responsibilities:

Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely troubleshooting and repair of hardware issues including desktops laptops printers and peripherals.

Assist hospital staff with setup configuration and basic use of computer hardware and devices.

Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on hardware to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and support system-wide technology initiatives.

Document support activities and maintain accurate records of hardware inventory and repairs.

Skills:

Were looking for someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware problems efficiently. You should be comfortable working with a variety of devices and have a solid understanding of computer components and basic networking. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must as youll be assisting staff with varying levels of tech knowledge in a patient-focused environment. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks will help you succeed in this role. Bonus points if youre familiar with healthcare technology or have experience keeping hardware up and running under pressure!
