Job Summary
Position Title:
1st shift Entry-level Blend Plant Operator
Pay Rate:
$21.51/hr
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time 7am-3pm Monday-Friday)

The Job You Will Perform:
- Make production inks
- QC all inks going to press
- Stage inks for upcoming orders
- Moving drums
- Adjust inks before running on press
- Work off obsolete and overstock ink inventory
- Chemical handling
- Do maintenance on ink kitchen and QC equipment on a regular basis
- Clean/maintain hand & auto proofer
- Clean/maintain pumps & ink kitchen
- General housekeeping
- Power floor cleaner
- Available for additional ink department projects
- Lead by example and demonstrate a mindset of safe work practices
- Active participation in the Safety Observation process
- All other duties assigned
The Skills You Will Bring:
- Goal oriented

- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
- Desire to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Must obtain forklift certification within 90 days from start date
