As a Complimentary Services Attendant youll help create memorable experiences by ensuring our guests enjoy fresh inviting food and beverage offerings in a clean comfortable and welcoming environment.
From setting up our complimentary breakfast and evening social to supporting our café The Hollow youll play an important role in making every guest feel at home. If you enjoy connecting with people take pride in presentation and thrive in a fast-paced environment wed love to have you on our team!
What Youll Do:
- Provide friendly genuine service by greeting guests answering questions and anticipating their needs.
- Prepare set up replenish and break down the complimentary breakfast and evening social.
- Support daily operations of The Hollow including food and beverage preparation stocking merchandising and guest service.
- Maintain clean organized and inviting dining and café areas throughout each shift.
- Monitor food quality and presentation while following Hyatt brand standards and food safety guidelines.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are fresh well-stocked and attractively displayed.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen storage serving and dining areas.
- Operate kitchen and café equipment safely and report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Follow all health safety sanitation and alcohol service requirements where applicable.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive welcoming environment for guests and one another.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Flexibility to work mornings evenings weekends and holidays as business needs require.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Previous food service café restaurant or hotel experience is preferred but not requiredwere happy to train the right person!
