Position SummaryAs the Compliance Master Professional you will have the unique opportunity to work cross-functionally across the this position you will have the opportunity to learn quickly and build your skills in a collaborative environment assisting the Vice President of Corporate Compliance in implementing strategic objectives to ensure that thecredit union operates in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations. The Compliance Master Professional approaches issues in an innovative flexible manner arriving at creative and compliant solutions. This role involves closely collaborating with business units to ensure products services and initiatives for members conform to consumer protection and NCUA laws and regulations. Additionally the role includes partnering with management on various enterprise position is in-office at our HSFCU Headquarters in Downtown Annual Salary Range: $79100 - $101745 per yearThe posted range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position with final compensation determined based on experience skills and internal equity. Essential Duties:Foster a proactive culture of compliance for Hawaii State FCU by developing strongpartnerships with business document and lead strategic approaches to manage compliance risk from anenterprise-wide with efforts under the Compliance Management System/Program to managecompliance risk through training complaint management policy and procedures and and maintain comprehensive compliance programs that address all regulatory requirements and internal initiative to Identify issues independently analyze potential solutions and implementeffective implement and ensure consistent application of organizational policies and procedures that comply with laws and and measure compliance with laws regulations and internal policies to identify and address potential and communicate laws and regulations that impact the credit union and its that policies and procedures are updated and in accordance with evolving regulationslegal requirements and industry other duties as Qualifications and ExperienceKnowledge of applicable federal and state financial regulations including deposit and lending laws and regulations procedures and documentation.5 years or more of experience in methodology collaboration ability and strong communication and leadership and able to develop innovative analytical and problem-solving and attentive to management degree or equivalent to operate PC adding machine monitors phones and other basic Qualifications and ExperienceThorough knowledge of applicable federal and state financial to operate security cameras and a relations of credit union or banking policies and -secondary degree in Business or related fieldExperience in Risk :Find your happy place.
