Compliance Consultant

The Compliance Consultant rolewill primarily supportthe enterpriseConflict of Interest process. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications:

Prior experiencemanagingConflictofInterest mattersisnotrequired; however itwould behighlybeneficial. The individual in this role must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.Thispositionwill supportbothcaredelivery and payorfunctions acrossthe healthsystem.

The candidatemust be comfortableworkingin a fast-paced environment andhaveexperienceengagingwithsenior leadershipandexecutive stakeholders.

This is ahybrid positionrequiringin-officepresence two to threedaysperweek as well asattendanceat requiredon-site meetingsthroughout the year.

Education
  • Bachelors Level Degree (Required)

Certification/Licensure
  • OHCC (Office Healthcare Compliance) AIHC or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)
Experience
  • Prior experiencemanagingConflictofInterest mattersisnotrequired; however itwould behighlybeneficial.

  • Must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Supportbothcaredelivery and payorfunctions acrossthe healthsystem.

  • 2 years Compliance required

  • 2 years Project Management required
