• Review employee and client files for completeness accuracy and compliance
• Identify missing incomplete inconsistent or expired documentation
• Track caregiver certifications licenses screenings training requirements and expiration dates
• Contact employees regarding outstanding or expiring documentation
• Follow up consistently until required documents and corrections are received
• Review onboarding documents background screenings credentials and employment requirements
• Maintain compliance spreadsheets tracking systems reports and electronic records
• Enter and update compliance information in company systems
• Assist with internal audits and preparation for external audits
• Communicate compliance concerns and documentation issues to the appropriate team members
• Help ensure employee and client records remain organized and audit-ready
• Protect confidential employee and client information
• Follow established policies procedures and regulatory requirements
• Assist with additional compliance and administrative responsibilities as assigned

• Previous experience in compliance healthcare home care human resources or office administration is preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments priorities and deadlines
• Confidence communicating expectations and holding others accountable
• Willingness to follow up consistently until outstanding requirements are completed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Google Sheets electronic filing systems or similar programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures
• Professional judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information
• Dependable attendance and a strong sense of responsibility
• Must have a valid drivers license
