Job Summary
COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR
JOB SUMMARY
Administer day to day Risk/Legal compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Review revise and negotiate commercial contracts for elevator installation modernization and maintenance services through the entire business deal inception to contract execution phases. Work with sales team to analyze deal risk.
- Manage contracts administration platform.
- Act as point person for Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests from customers and liaison with Fujitecs insurance brokers to procure the appropriate COI per customer contract as well as other customer insurance related requests.
- Manage Performance and Payment Bond requests for modernization/construction projects.
- Review lien waivers post work completion for compliance with Fujitec standards.
- Assist internal departments with insurance related audit requests.
- Assist internal departments with compliance with state license requirements.
- Assist with Risk/Legal documentation related to accidents to the general public auto and workers compensation.
- Work with internal systems and branches to identify and pull reports for disputes and active litigation.
- Assist with internal Risk/Legal reports as required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelors in business or contract law
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in construction contract analysis and administration
- Requires a valid drivers license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
- Requires a valid passport and the ability to travel abroad.
- Local Travel Expectations: 5%
- Overnight Travel Expectations: 10%

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND EXPECTATIONS
- Job duties are performed mainly within an established office environment under normal lighting and climate-controlled tolerances. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
- Requires prompt reliable regular and in-person attendance at the office to oversee shared services functions and/or employees normally achieved by working standard business hours. Certain positions will require a flexibility of working hours to meet the demands of the job and the direction of the manager.
