Complex Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side)

Career Consulting Partners is proud to partner with a growing plaintiff trial firm with offices in Los Angeles Las Vegas and the Bay Area is seeking Litigation Attorneys with 4 - 8 years of experience to join its expanding team. The firm handles matters including personal injury employment law sexual abuse and complex mass action litigation and has recovered over $1 billion for clients. We are a trial firm which means we prepare every case as if it will go to trial.

• Manage cases from intake through trial

• Develop legal strategies and work directly with clients

• Handle plaintiff-side litigation matters including personal injury employment and mass actions

• Collaborate with partners and team members on complex cases

• Stay current on California legal developments

• Build referral relationships and participate in legal organizations

• 4 - 8 years of civil litigation experience

• Open to more senior attorneys as well 10 - 20 years.

• Active California Bar license

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Strong research writing and case management skills

• Trial experience and experience with sexual abuse employment or mass actions is a plus

• Base Compensation Range: $150000 - $210000
