Complex Litigation Associate

Are you looking to join a growing team at an AmLaw100 firm Nelson Mullins is seeking a litigation associate to join its Atlanta office.

Firm attorneys in Atlanta have worked on many business and legal developments in the Southeast and beyond including national class action court cases formation of public companies financial institution capital transactions mergers and acquisitions and work on important pro bono cases.

The Firm moved to its current location at 201 17th Street NW in 2007 as the first tenant in a new building located at Atlantic Station a brownfield reclamation and mixed-used development that houses everyday amenities including alternative transportation options within walking distance. The office meets the U.S. Green Building Councils Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.

You havetwo to three years of meaningful experience in commercial and complex litigation matters. Prior service as a federal court clerk is a plus. Youre prepared to draft and argue discovery and other motions take and defend depositions and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the team. You possess exceptional organizational oral and written advocacy skills strong academic credentials and a solid understanding of procedural and substantive law. You are adept in case management ready to take the lead andare admitted to and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
