Role Description

The CompletionsExpeditor serves as the dedicated logistical and administrative supportresource for the assigned aircraft completion team reporting directly to therespective Completions Manager. This role is responsible for coordinating thetimely flow of materials parts tooling documentation and informationnecessary to support aircraft completion activities and maintain scheduleadherence.

Acting as the central point ofcoordination between Production Supply Chain Engineering Quality OperationsSupport and the Completions team the Completions Expeditor proactivelyidentifies and resolves logistical constraints that may impact aircraftschedules. This position allows Completions Managers to remain focused onexecution quality customer satisfaction and delivery objectives by assumingresponsibility for daily expediting activities administrative support andproject tracking functions.

Essential Job Functions

Supports aircraftmilestone achievement minimizing production disruptions and ensuringeffective communication across all departments involved in the aircraftcompletion process.

Coordinate thesourcing movement delivery and staging of materials parts tooling anddocumentation required to support aircraft completion activities.

Serve as theprimary liaison between the Completions team Production EngineeringMaterials Supply Chain Operations Support and Quality departments regardingaircraft-specific expediting requirements.

Monitor criticalmaterial shortages backorders engineering releases and open action itemsescalating issues that may impact aircraft schedules.

Track andcommunicate the status of critical parts materials engineering changes andcustomer-driven modifications.

Attendproduction planning and aircraft status meetings and provide updatesregarding outstanding material logistical and support requirements.

Maintain aircraftaction item logs and ensure assigned tasks are tracked through completion.

Support aircraftmilestone planning and execution by coordinating required resources andensuring readiness for upcoming work packages.

AssistCompletions Managers with daily administrative activities including schedulingsupport report preparation meeting coordination and documentationmanagement.

Maintainaircraft-specific project tracking reports Gemba boards dashboards andstatus presentations utilizing Microsoft Office applications and companysystems.

Assist withworkforce time administration activities as directed by management.

Ensure allexpediting activities are performed in accordance with company proceduressafety requirements and quality standards.

Coordinate withMaterials and Supply Chain teams to prioritize aircraft-critical shortages andexpedite deliveries when necessary.

Support aircraftprotection initiatives by ensuring materials equipment and support activitiesdo not compromise customer assets or aircraft condition.

Identify processimprovement opportunities and recommend actions to improve communicationmaterial flow and schedule execution.

Maintain accuraterecords of expediting activities aircraft status updates and outstandingissues.

Perform otherrelated duties as assigned by management.

Minimum QualificationsEducation and Experience

High SchoolDiploma or GED required. Associate degree or additional training in BusinessSupply Chain Aviation Logistics or a related field preferred.

Minimum of two(2) years of experience in manufacturing aviation logistics supply chainproduction support project coordination or administrative support roles.

Experiencesupporting production maintenance completions or aerospace operations ispreferred.

Experienceworking with ERP MRP production planning or inventory management systems ispreferred.

Ability to readwrite speak and understand the English language.

Valid driverslicense preferred.

Work Environment

This position is based inan aircraft hangar environment and may involve:

Exposure tovarying temperatures and weather conditions

Loud noise levels

Use of heavymachinery and specialized tools

Potential contactwith chemicals or hazardous materials

Working inconfined aircraft interior spaces
