Summary
Perform activities to support the Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning manager offsite and onsite in relation to completions and turnover activities required for commissioning of the MMR Project.

Completions is an independent verification process designed to ensure that systems sub-systems and their related components are correctly installed tested certified and all documentation available and ready for safe energization.

The CCMS requires quality control mindset to data population and system management to ensure that the full CCMS capability and project controls can be implemented and executed on the project.
Project Completions is a quality control process to ensure the installation meets design criteria.
Completions coordinates the engineering of the transition from design build and commissioning through to safe operations whereby the responsibility for the delivery of construction completion mechanical completion and commissioning lies with the Project not the Customer.
The project Completions Team will be fully competent to verify the requirements listed on inspection and testing checklists and other certification documentation and drive the priorities to meet planned and safe staged turnovers.

Key Responsibilities
Actively support Hatchs commitment to Environment health and Safety.
Adopt and promote personal work practices and procedures in accordance with the MMR Projects Environment Health and Safety Management Plans.
Actively participate in the Client Health Safety Security and Environment plans as required.
General Accountabilities
Generation of CCMS status reports.
The organization and acceptance of test documents submitted by field personnel.
Assist in the support of vendors required for commissioning and maintain vendor reports.
Other reasonable tasks and responsibilities as determined by the Completions Manager or delegate.
Turnover Accountabilities
Preparation of turnover packages.
Record and distribute turnover meeting minutes.
Verify Construction documentation for completeness prior to acceptance for Pre-commissioning and ensure CCMS is up to date.
Populate Construction Turnover Packs with Pre-Commissioning testing information.
Verify Systems are ready to progress to Stage 2 and Stage 4 via the CCMS.
Issue gateway certification as required by the project Completions Management Plan from CCMS.
Issue Notice of Energizations from CCMS.
Create Commissioning turnover packages using agreed project format.
Populate turnover packages with commissioning test sheets and procedures.
Maintain status of completed test sheets in CCMS.
Punch list Activities
Punch List Data entry and report Punch List status based on field information from CCMS.
Assist with organizing Punch list team schedules.
Assist with scribing for Punch List Walk downs as required.
Ensure punch list is returned to commissioning office and processed by the completions team into the CCMS.
Verify Punch List Clearance activities.
Delivery of Construction Turnover Precommissioning & Commissioning status on a weekly basis

Qualifications and Experience
Essential Experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and personal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects changing and conflicting priorities.
Proactive problem-solving approach.
Experience in operating CCMS systems.
Enjoys a fast-changing environment.
Experience in administration or document control in a Construction or Commissioning environment.
Experience is site document Control and preparation of Turnover Packages.
Project Administration.
Self-motivated and adaptable with high initiative.
Strong analytical and organizational skills and
Ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications
Relevant technical diploma or equivalent industry experience.
Proficient advanced user of Microsoft Office components such as Word and Excel.
Experience with Completions management systems preferably Omega.
Experienced user of Document Control and Business Management Systems.
