Job Title: Compensation Consultant

Location: Lisle IL 60532

Job Type: 6 months Contract

Pay range: $65-70/hr

Schedule: 8 am 5 pm

Monday-Thursday must be onsite Friday remote unless there are critical meetings on that day

Job Description:

• The contractor may also complete analyst-level work including job audits job description preparation survey data analysis and compensation data validation.
• Compensation work directly affects payroll costs employee equity legal compliance and leadership decision-making; therefore delayed or low-quality work could create financial exposure employee relations issues and compliance risk.
• These roles are critical to maintaining continuity of compensation operations ensuring pay decisions are consistent defensible and aligned to clients compensation philosophy.

• Candidates should have previous experience in compensation - specifically in job architecture and grading sales incentive plan design and execution salary market benchmarking and/or pay equity.
• Additional desired skills include strong written verbal analytical and interpersonal communications skills strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint Excel and Word and experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
