Data and Compensation Analyst:

As a Compensation Analyst youwill play a critical role in CAVAs People & Culture functionspecifically within the Total Rewards team. This role is responsible foranalyzing and interpreting data and supporting strategic decision-making acrossCompensation while also collaborating with cross-functional teams across theorganization. Your insights will help drive equitable data-driven andcompetitive compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent. This rolewill recommend solutions to drive the corporate compensation philosophy andsupport industry best practices.

WhatYoull Do:

ConductCompensation Analysis & Market Pricing: Regularly assess and benchmark roles to ensure competitivepay structures.

Support Job Development & CareerFramework: Ensure jobdescriptions align with career architecture and development guidelines.

Evaluate New Job Requests: Assess and classify new roles byreviewing existing job structures conducting market analyses and determiningFLSA status.

Maintain Market Reference Points: Provide oversight of compensationstructures to support the annual review process.

Administer Salary Surveys & MarketAnalysis: Participate incompensation surveys and analyze results to determine the organizations marketposition while managing compensation systems and tools.

Material Preparation: Assist in the preparation of materialsfor presenting compensation strategies and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Compensation Support: Assist in configuring and maintainingcompensation data including oversight of the annual merit process.

Support Variable Compensation &Payroll: Assist incalculating processing and submitting variable compensation for payrollaccuracy.

Develop Benchmarking & CompensationRecommendations: Conduct analysis andprovide data-driven compensation recommendations.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition& HR: Partner withrecruiting and HR teams to advise on salary offers pay structure andcompensation components.

EnsureCompliance: Stay informed andensure adherence to local state and federal laws regulating compensationpractices.

The Qualifications:

Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Finance Statistics or a related field.

3years of experience in compensation analysis in a corporate environment.

Proficiencyin Excel (advanced) HRIS systems and data visualization tools ( Power BI).

Experienceworking with compensation survey tools and market pricing methodologies.

Physical Requirements:

Abilityto maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and otheroffice equipment

Mustbe able to identify analyze and assess details

Forcertain positions must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to50 pounds

Abilityto communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively

Constantlypositions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food productionsupport or office operations as applicable

Abilityto work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
