• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help with dressing grooming toileting and mobility.
• Prepare simple meals and assist with light daily tasks.
• Monitor clients and report concerns to the RN.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
• Treat every client with kindness respect and professionalism.
