KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communication Skills: Keep the conversation flowingshare instructions spark ideas and make sure everyones in sync.
• Leadership and Training: Motivate your crew recruit talent and lead the kitchen team toward tasty success.
• Financial Acumen: Balance budgets manage costs and help the kitchen thrive.
• Menu & Catering Management: Craft menus and organize catering events everyone loves.
• Safety & Compliance: Keep dishes safe and the kitchen spotless for happy guests.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Associate or culinary degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years kitchen management in high-volume retail bakery hospitality or restaurant setting
• Experience with catering and event food preparation desirable
• Current or ability to obtain ServSafe certification required
• Strong leadership organizational and communication skills

PROPERTY INFORMATION:
This Key West Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott hotel offers a large outdoor pool with poolside cabanas a daily hot breakfast and free WiFi. Guests will be 5 minutes drive from historic Old Town Key West and 2 mi from Duval Street. A flat-screen cable TV microwave and small refrigerator are featured in all rooms.
