WHAT YOULL DO:

As our Compact Construction Equipment Sales Specialist youll step into a lucrative sales career where your earning potential and success are unlimited!

In this position youll be more than a salespersonyoull be a trusted partner to contractors landscapers property maintenance professionals and other commercial customers throughout your territory. Your focus will be on building strong relationships understanding each customers operation and providing compact construction equipment and worksite solutions that help them get more done.

Youll spend much of your time in the field traveling in a company-provided sales vehicle visiting customers and jobsites demonstrating equipment developing new business and supporting existing accounts. From compact track loaders skid steers compact excavators and attachments to commercial mowers utility vehicles and other worksite products youll help customers identify the right equipment for their specific applications.

Youll also work closely with our internal product support and rental teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the life of the equipment.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Previous sales experience.
• Knowledge of compact construction equipment and commercial worksite products preferred.
• Experience in construction landscaping property maintenance equipment or related industries preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment applications attachments and financing options preferred.
• Excellent customer relations communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong prospecting and business development skills.
• Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Drivers license with a good driving record. Class A CDL preferred.
• Experience driving a vehicle with a trailer preferred.
• Experience operating or working around compact construction equipment preferred.
