Job Summary

GENERAL DESCRIPTION Responsible for the development of employment opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE A.A. in a related field or 3 years experience providing employment or counseling services to individuals with disabilities required. B.A. in a related field preferred. JOB TASKSAssist in development of a program employment planEngage in active job seeking to obtain employment for membersTrain and assist members in self-marketing to prospective employersEnsure compliance with obligations to and requirements for funding sourcesEngage in comprehensive job coachingPerform routine maintenance of employment contactsMaintain an acceptable level of member job placementsProvide member case-management servicesMaintain appropriate staff/member interactionsEngage in the Agencys Periodic Service Review (PSR) and other quality assurance programsEnsure compliance with all licensing and accreditation standardsCooperate with Agency and DDD/ DCP&P staff in any inspection or investigation Ensure compliance with wearing a mask when mandated by State Federal and Licensing authorities during a public health crisis/ other duties as assignedSHIFT Varies throughout the week.
