Job Summary
The Community Relations Representative serves as the first point of contact for resident interactions on-site. This role focuses on fostering positive relationships managing communication ensuring smooth move-in and move-out processes resident retention and promptly resolving customer questions and concerns.
- Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customers needs addressing and taking ownership of resolving questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensures community common areas and grounds are consistently maintained to company standards proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards.
- Completes all administrative resident services tasks and ensures they are accurately documented in the appropriate operating platform.
- Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of new and existing technologies.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- High School Diploma General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years
- Travel between communities may be required daily.
- Valid California drivers license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle as defined in the Companys MVR policy and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
Compensation:
Base Pay Start Rate: $21.35 - $25.87)
