Job Summary

Program Services Community Outreach AssociateFull TimeSevice areas ( Atlantic Cumberland and Salem counties)$20.00 per hour Are you an outgoing people person who enjoys helping others As Community Outreach Associate you will work with individuals in the community to support community goals recreational goals and social environment activities serving as an advocate for program participants to be fully integrated into community training assistance and/or supervision to individual(s) in the areas of daily living personal care financial management community and social integration medication administration and/or job skills developmentEstablish a therapeutic relationship with the individual receiving services to ensure effective guidance support and service deliveryWork on behavioral assistance and family systems; work with family members of individuals in programEnsure objectives are met in accordance with the service planProvide transportation for individual(s) receiving services to activities and appointmentsMaintain current progress and service notes; complete and submit required documentation to direct supervisor in accordance with applicable policies and deadlinesProvide direct supervisor with verbal feedback and data relevant to individuals services service plans or administrative policyMeet with employers to develop potential work opportunities for individuals receiving servicesAttend training and other meetings as requiredProvide emergency coverage and/or care for individuals receiving services; report incidents of maltreatment medical and behavioral concerns in accordance with company policy Maintain confidentiality respect human rights and practice universal precautions in accordance with company standardsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferredTwo years of experience in human services preferredAll state-required training and certification completed in mandated timeframesValid drivers license in good standing with car registration and vehicle insuranceAbility to maintain composure and exercise sound judgment and discretionReliable responsible and caring natureCommitment to the companys mission and valuesExceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quicklyA good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidanceWhy Join UsFull compensation/benefits package for full-time employees.401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holiday payComplex work adding value to the organizations mission alongside a great team of coworkersEnjoy job security with nationwide career development and advancement opportunitiesEmployee Referral Program bonus opportunities for eligible rolesWe have meaningful work for you come join our team Apply Today!
