Community Outreach Event Associate
We are looking for motivated Community Outreach Event Associates to assist with local events and community engagement initiatives. Candidates should be team-oriented reliable and comfortable interacting with attendees in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do:
- Transport set up and break down event materials and equipment
- Assist with on-site event operations and coordination
- Support guest engagement and answer basic attendee questions
- Help organize inventory supplies and event materials
- Ensure events run smoothly efficiently and on schedule
- Collaborate closely with team members during event execution
What Youll Bring:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout events
- Previous experience in events hospitality retail logistics or customer service is a plus but not required
- Strong teamwork communication and reliability
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying schedules as needed
- Basic familiarity with smartphones mobile apps and digital communication tools
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
