Community Manager Overview:

We are seeking a full-time exempt Community Manager to lead a community of residents and staff in one of our student-centered apartment buildings. This crucial role assures a supportive environment for our residents/students while overseeing efficient and fiscally responsible operations of the community.

This is a unique building recently renovated and was a part of the Oregon Community FoundationsProject Turnkey!

Location: Gresham Oregon (near historic downtown)

Community Manager Duties:

• 
  Providing leadership direction and support to the teams at the community
• 
  Responsible for positive student engagement and services throughout the life cycle of tenancy
• 
  Manages and directs day-to-day leasing operations and related accounting
• 
  Proactively develops and implements new practices and trainings to support a culture of growth

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes skills and qualifications:

• 
  Bachelors Degree in a related field or commensurate experience
• 
  3-5 years of property management student housing or related experience
• 
  3 or more years of supervisory experience
• 
  Working knowledge of Fair Housing Equal Housing Opportunity and Oregon Landlord-Tenant law
• 
  Great time management
• 
  Collaborative nature
• 
  Strong communication skills
