What this job involves:
As a Community Manager at JLL youll be at the heart of creating vibrant connected workplace experiences that bring people together. Your mission is to transform office properties into thriving communities where tenants and visitors feel a genuine sense of belonging. Youll design and execute engaging programming oversee conference and event spaces and serve as the go-to resource for building information and services. This role blends hospitality creativity and business savvy with a tech-forward approach to community building. Youll manage the propertys digital app curate social media content design internal marketing materials and plan everything from professional conferences to exciting networking events. This position requires someone whos proactive solutions-focused and passionate about making every tenant interaction count.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Manage and maintain the propertys digital app to ensure content remains accurate current and aligned with brand standards while monitoring performance and reporting technical issues through to resolution
Create property programming that fosters a sense of inclusion and community across the building curating unique activations in public and private event spaces that resonate with diverse tenant demographics and interests
Oversee and schedule building amenities including conference spaces rooftop terraces and tenant lounges ensuring seamless coordination and optimal utilization
Plan and execute special events ranging from small meetings to large-scale gatherings for up to 3000 attendees managing all logistics vendor negotiations and budget considerations
Design and copyright internal marketing communications and collateral for property programming and events including both digital and printed materials that reflect the propertys brand voice
Serve as a building ambassador by engaging tenants in person via phone and through email responding to requests promptly and providing guidance as an informational resource for the property
Manage property social media accounts to build online community engagement and showcase building culture events and amenities
Promote app adoption and engagement among tenants through ongoing marketing initiatives identifying opportunities to enhance user experience based on feedback and property needs
Maintain the property programming budget negotiate contracts with area vendors for optimal price and service and ensure all financial documentation and insurance certificates are properly filed
Required qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
Minimum three years of experience in marketing and event planning tenant engagement hospitality or VIP guest services
Expert-level knowledge of the local area including current dining retail and entertainment trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office iOS functions marketing or graphic design software and digital platforms (e.g. Adobe Canva and Mailchimp)
Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while accommodating diverse clientele with varied needs
Strong planning and organizational skills with proven ability to manage event logistics for large groups
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred qualifications:
Previous concierge or VIP retail experience in a hospitality or corporate setting
Experience managing digital community platforms mobile apps or tenant engagement technologies
Background in social media management and content creation for professional audiences
Proven track record of creating innovative programming that drives community engagement and tenant satisfaction
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
