Schedule: Monday Friday /8:00 AM 4:00 PM (Hours may vary based on agency needs)

Pay Rate:$21.00 / hr.

DRTC is seeking an experienced and compassionate Community Living Engagement Coordinator to lead and grow our Community Living Engagement (CLE) Program serving adults with developmental disabilities. This supervisory position plays a vital role in developing meaningful community engagement opportunities life skills training retirement programming and vocational experiences while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional participant outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in developmental disabilities services program leadership staff supervision and person-centered supports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership oversight and daily operational management of the Community Living Engagement Program Develop and coordinate community integration activities retirement programming life skills development and prevocational opportunities
• Create and oversee daily weekly and monthly activity calendars to ensure structured and meaningful programming
• Supervise schedule train coach and evaluate Community Living Engagement Technicians and Employment Training Specialists
• Serve as Primary Medication Administration Technician (MAT) for the program
• Maintain program documentation participant records program books notes and reports in compliance with DDS OHCA DOL and other funding requirements
• Review complete and monitor Incident Reports Work Tickets and other required documentation
• Coordinate with Case Managers families support teams and funding agencies regarding participant goals outcomes and support needs
• Provide crisis intervention behavior support and emergency response when necessary
• Monitor program compliance safety cleanliness quality assurance and regulatory standards
• Develop and track program goals outcomes and performance metrics
• Prepare reports and updates for leadership and Board review
• Conduct staff meetings performance reviews coaching sessions and ongoing development activities
• Coordinate staffing schedules and coverage to maintain service ratios and regulatory requirements
• Drive agency vehicles including 12 to 15 passenger vans for transportation and community activities
• Serve as a designated medical contact and ensure CPR/First Aid compliance within the program
• Provide direct support coverage during staff absences including personal care transfers mobility assistance meal support supervision and community participation
• Participate in Individual Planning (IP) Meetings committee meetings staff trainings and agency events as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Oklahoma Drivers License required with the ability to maintain insurable driving status
• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and physical or medical support needs required
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience planning organizing and coordinating meaningful activities and community-based programming
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities services geriatric supports and person-centered planning
• Strong communication interpersonal conflict resolution and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities deadlines and regulatory requirements
• High level of professionalism confidentiality and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency required Ability to operate agency vehicles including 12 to 15 passenger vans
• Must be able to pass extensive background checks & drug screening
• Ability to obtain and maintain agency-required certifications and training

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely assist with participant transfers
• Ability to perform CPR First Aid seizure response AED use and emergency procedures
• Ability to assist individuals with mobility personal care and daily living activities
• Ability to drive agency vehicles and transport participants safely
• Ability to perform one-person and two-person transfers utilizing approved safety equipment and procedures
