Job Overview

Seeking a self-driven and compassionate Community Liaison to build relationships within the healthcare community and support hospice service growth. This role focuses on outreach referrals and patient-family engagement while representing hospice care services in the field.

Compensation & Incentives
  • Salary range: $65000 $80000 per year
  • $10000 sign-on bonus
  • Uncapped commission
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians hospital staff discharge planners social workers and care facilities
  • Conduct regular outreach to strengthen referral networks
  • Drive referral growth through consistent field visits and engagement activities
  • Represent hospice services as a trusted community resource
  • Lead initial conversations with patients and families regarding hospice care options
  • Clearly explain services and support informed compassionate decision-making
  • Support census growth by increasing awareness and service preference in the community
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience required
  • Hospice or palliative care marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional healthcare relationships
  • Experience working with physicians healthcare providers and community organizations
  • Clinical background is a plus
  • Valid drivers license reliable transportation and insurance required
