Were looking for a compassionate self-driven professional to join our team as a Community this position youll be the face of our organization championing our mission and promoting specialized end-of-life care services throughout the community. Youll build meaningful trust-based relationships with healthcare partners physicians and referral sourceshelping families access the compassionate care they deserve.

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians hospital discharge planners skilled nursing facilities and healthcare professionals
• Conduct regular intentional outreach and relationship-building visits across the service area
• Serve as an advocate for our services explaining our philosophy and approach to prospective referral sources
• Lead initial conversations with patients and families about our care services facilitating informed decisions with empathy
• Drive referral growth and census expansion by positioning our organization as the provider of choice
• Maintain strong working relationships with key staff and community agencies to ensure understanding of our services

• Bachelors degree in a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience in healthcare
• Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in hospice or palliative care marketing
• Prior clinical background
• Track record of exceeding sales or growth targets

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary ($80000$98000)
• Uncapped commission structure
• $7500 sign-on bonus
