About the Role
The Strategic Growth Associate (Community Engagement Coordinator)is responsible for promoting the companys title and escrow services to real estate agents lenders builders and other industry partners. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong business relationships increasing market share and representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated outgoing and driven to achieve measurable growth through strategic outreach relationship management and community engagement.
What Youll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents lenders builders and other referral partners.
- Represent the company at networking events office presentations and industry functions.
- Generate new business by identifying and pursuing potential clients and partnerships.
- Conduct regular office visits and follow-up meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the internal title and escrow teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Track and report marketing activities leads and results through CRM tools or designated systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of title escrow and real estate processes.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns promotional materials and social media efforts with the marketing department.
- Participate in community events and sponsorships to enhance company visibility and brand awareness.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to help refine company services and strategies.
- Create ways to keep clients engaged and our company top of mind.
- Maintain all social media presence for the company
What Were Looking For
- 12 years in sales marketing or business development (experience in the title mortgage or real estate industry preferred).
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication networking and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
