Part-Time As Needed

Location: Flagler Technical College at BTSRF Pool
Schedule Requirement: Must be available to work TuesdayFriday and Saturdays

Flagler Technical College is seeking a Community Education Facilitator to join our team on a part-time as-needed basis. The facilitator will operate under the direction of the Community Education Department to support safe and effective operations at the swim facility.

• Provide coverage for Open Swim sessions.
• Provide Lifeguard coverage as needed to ensure patron safety.
• Coordinate with the Community Education Department to meet facility scheduling demands.

• Highly recommended: Current valid Lifeguard Certification.
• Ability to work flexible as-needed hours.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to community safety.
• Ability to work independently and respond appropriately in emergency situations.

While this position falls under the facilitator category the nature of the coverage required at the Belle Terre Swim and Racquet Facility makes Lifeguard certification an essential asset for successful candidates.
