We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at a multifamily community in Aurora Colorado. This role is responsible for overall property performance team leadership resident satisfaction and financial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations leasing maintenance and resident relations
- Lead train and hold the on-site team accountable to AAM standards
- Manage budgets expenses rent collections and delinquencies
- Drive occupancy leasing performance and resident retention
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing local/state laws and AAM policies
- Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal and asset integrity
Qualifications
- 3 years of multifamily property management experience (Community Director/Property Manager preferred)
- Strong leadership financial and customer service skills
- Strong leasing experience
- Experience with property management software (Yardi AppFolio RealPage etc.)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and New Mexico landlord-tenant laws
- CAM ARM or CPM designation a plus
