Calusa Country Club located in Bradenton FL is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Community Caretaker! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
- Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical mechanical and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior and interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trashcans and ashtrays sweeping walkways picking up litter and arranging outdoor furniture.
- Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Performs other duties as required
