IDS is seeking an experienced Communications Specialist Journeyman for ADG Creative an IDS subsidiary to support corporate communications marketing initiatives and content development efforts. This role involves developing and delivering strategic communications creating written and multimedia products and supporting client-facing communication efforts across a variety of audiences.

Support corporate communications and marketing to include communications/marketing strategy development content development and presentations

Plan and develop the creation and execution of strategic communications and multi-media deliverables

Research write and edit tailored messaging for internal stakeholders external partners leadership and workforce audiences

Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop briefings white papers talking points articles reports marketing content and outreach materials

Develop innovative ideas to communicate corporate initiatives such as change management outreach and workforce development

Coordinate and help facilitate discovery sessions and information sharing activities

Advise clients and provide recommendations to support marketing and communications solutions

Assist in managing budgets schedules service delivery and customer engagement

Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in style quality and voice

Adhere to standards and best practices for content creation quality control delivery and repurposing

Present concepts and ideas effectively to clients

Bachelors degree in a related field

OR Associates degree or High School Diploma with 7 years of experience

Minimum 3 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above)

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required

Writing samples required
