Communications Manager

Apple Information Security (AIS) develops services systems and tools that proactively mitigate security risks faced by Apple and our customers. Security is woven into the fabric of everything we do. As a result we safeguard our business partners data and retain their is seeking a senior communications strategist to connect our global community through compelling strategic communications. Youll develop and execute communication plans for executive and internal communications and critical group projects partnering with leaders across the organization to drive engagement awareness and deliver measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate is a driver doer and collaborator who is strategic proactive and highly organized. They will bring strategic thinking persuasive communication skills collaborative approach intellectual curiosity and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. nnThey bring a deep understanding of the transformation that AI and automation brings and are able to demonstrate curiosity and proven results in weaving new technology into their practice. nnSuccess in this role depends on stakeholder management leading through influence and ambiguity and delivering results quickly in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Define strategy and manage multiple communication projects simultaneously. Develop and execute communications plans and support project initiatives that align with strategic organizational priorities and connect critical audiences with the work and initiatives of Apple Information Security. nnAdvise partners on the best communication approach methods and tools based on audience and objectives. Bring automation and the use of AI to each and every project ensuring were advancing our ability to move fast and deliver messaging where our audience is. Produce or oversee production of assets across multiple channels. Provide clear project status updates and raise issues across teams to align communication solutions with business needs. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders communicating complex information with clarity and adapting your style to build stakeholder consensus. Review past projects to identify improvements and drive continuous learning. nnManage vendor partnerships as needed and be responsible for relationship development with key cross-functional partner teams across Apple.

10 years of relevant experience in strategic communications internal communications or employee engagement or Masters degree with 6 years of experiencennExperience in communication strategy implementation and analytics for professional services legal or people-related initiativesnnExpert communication skills with proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (emails newsletters websites presentations executive briefs) that translate vision into compelling actionable messagingnnExpert proficiency with communication platforms presentation tools and emerging technologiesnnProven track record using storytelling to create compelling communications that drive engagementnnStrong project management skills with ability to create timelines manage milestones and drive projects to completion independently or collaborativelynnProven ability to lead complex high-impact communication initiatives and pivot strategies quickly when needednnExceptional judgment in shaping communication methods and evaluation criteria for critical initiativesnnAnalytical mindset to ensure key data are collected understood and acted upon appropriatelynnExperience interacting with and influencing all levels of management
