Communications Intern

• Draft and edit internal communications including company-wide emails intranet content and newsletters
• Ensure messaging aligns with company voice tone and brand standards

• Support execution of enterprise communications campaigns
• Assist in maintaining internal communication channels including intranet platforms and digital content

• Manage content calendars and track deliverables across multiple projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners including Human Resources Operations and Marketing

• Support tracking and analysis of communication metrics
• Assist in developing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness

• Support research needs and develop briefs as needed
• Support process documentation and refinement as needed

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism Marketing or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex information into clear concise messaging
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel Teams)

• Interest in healthcare communications or public company environments

• Paid internship; duration typically 1012 weeks
