Communications Intern

Pay: $22/hr

Land OLakes is looking for talented driven communications candidates for our summer internship program.As an intern you will be assigned specific responsibilities and become a keymember of the Communicationsteam working on projects and assignmentsthat supportreal businessneeds.Thisinternship is designed to give you real-world experience.

Communications internscontribute to a variety ofstrategic communicationsprojects including writing projectcoordinationmedia relationssupportand content creation acrossinternal and externalchannels. You willhelp improveprocesses tracking and systems for the teamwhile gaining experience withtoolssuch asSharePointandMuck Rack. Interns will alsoassistwithresearchplanningandexecutionfor a variety of communicationsinitiatives.

• Pursuing a four-year degree in CommunicationsPublic Relations Journalism or a related major

• Sophomore level or higher (Junior preferred)

• Strong writing and project management skills

• Strong writing and verbal communications skills

• Experience with AP Style

Preferred

• GPA of 3.0 or above

• Prior internship or corporate work experience

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint OutlookSharePointetc.)

• Experience with digital and social media toolsand content management systems (CMS)

• Experience withdigital content creation
