Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Brainstorm develop and produce engaging social media content (specifically for Instagram and TikTok) that promotes Union College and its student body.
• Production Support: Assist the content team during on-campus photo and video shoots.
• Administrative Aid: Provide general administrative and operational support to the Communications and Marketing team.
• Graphic Design: Help create and edit digital and print assets such as flyers social media graphics and merchandise aligned with Unions brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with and interest in current social media platforms trends and video formats.
• A passion for storytelling marketing and upholding Union Colleges mission and values.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Interest or experience in graphic design (familiarity with Canva Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design tools is a plus).
