We are looking for a Common Area Attendant to join our team at our beautiful resort Christmas Mountain Village. This outstanding family-friendly resort is situated just west of the Dells with rows of picturesque pine trees breathtaking farmland rolling hills woods and golf course greens.

Schedule: The required shift is 3:30pm-12:00am 5 days a week. Weekends and holidays required.
As a Common Area Attendant you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
What will I be doing
Maintain the cleanliness of public areas-including stairwells railings walkways elevators hallways trash rooms and outdoor spaces-in accordance with HGV quality and efficiency standards.
Ensure the lobby and all glass surfaces are spotless creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for guests.
Collect restock and supervise inventory of pool towels; remove used towels promptly to support cleanliness and minimize loss.
Maintain all shower houses and locker rooms.
Ensure the cleanliness sanitation and presentation of non-room areas such as lobbies hallways restrooms and fitness centers.
Demonstrates knowledge of the Hilton Grand Vacation property and deliver excellent service with a positive professional demeanor.
Maintain a clean and organized workstations at all times.
Perform additional duties as needed to support Resort Operations including special requests or unexpected tasks.
To fulfill this role optimally you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

Positive interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and to balance multiple duties and assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
Able to handle pushing and pulling carts and equipment. Bend squat and lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid drivers license
Open and flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
Work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing with or without reasonable accommodation.
Prior hospitality experience preferred.
