General Information/Job Summary

Lead the planning execution and completionof commissioning activitiesto ensure systems equipment and facilitiesare installed tested integratedand operational inaccordance with projectrequirements specifications safety standards andclient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and managecommissioning plans schedules procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate commissioning activities with project management engineering construction vendors and subcontractors.
• Lead equipment andsystem testing inspection startup and functionalperformance testing.
• Track commissioningprogress deficienciespunch-list items and corrective actions.
• Review drawings specifications equipment documentation and testing requirements.
• Ensure commissioning activities complywith applicable codes standards safety requirements and project specifications.
• Manage commissioning teamsand coordinate third-party specialists andvendors.
• Prepare progress reports test recordscommissioning certificates and final handoverdocumentation.
• Participate in projectmeetings and provideregular updates tostakeholders.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during startup andcommissioning.
• Coordinate final systemacceptance and turnoverto operations orthe client.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related technical fieldpreferred.
• 5 years ofcommissioning construction engineering or projectmanagement experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinarycommissioning teams.
• Strong understanding ofequipment startup testing controls and systemintegration.
• Ability to readengineering drawings specifications and technical documentation.
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solvingskills.
• Proficiency withMicrosoft Office andproject-management/commissioningsoftware.
• Knowledge of relevantindustry codes standards and safety requirements.

Preferred

• Professional certificationin commissioning projectmanagement or engineering.
• Experience with largeindustrial commercialenergy manufacturingor infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing commissioning schedules budgets contractors and vendors.
• Strong client-facingand leadership experience.
