Job Summary
Commercial CSR
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial CSR to join a close-knit and well-established team. This role is pivotal in supporting a commercial department by handling back-end tasks such as Certificates of Insurance (COI) endorsements policy changes and day-to-day service needs. You will work closely with 1-2 account managers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service. - Salary Range: $52000 - $65000 annually based on experience.

- Handle day-to-day service requests and back-end administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with account managers to support a diverse book of business including accounts in agriculture construction trucking oil and gas and captives.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in the Epic software system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in the workforce.
- Prior experience in insurance or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Open to candidates from the financial industry or those willing to learn.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
