Job Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients providing clear and timely communication throughout the restoration or reconstruction process.
- Manage customer files and documentation to ensure accuracy organization and compliance with company standards.
- Keep clients informed on project progress timelines and any changes ensuring a transparent and positive experience.
- Collaborate with operations production and reconstruction teams to align project execution with client expectations.
- Proactively address and resolve client questions or concerns maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Track and report project milestones progress updates and completion status in CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing proposals project reports and documentation as needed.
- Identify process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- 23 years of experience in account management project coordination or customer service.
- Excellent organizational communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Experience in restoration construction or facilities management.
- Knowledge of insurance processes property management or commercial service projects.
- Familiarity with job documentation billing and project tracking.
- Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
