LWC Services is hiring experienced window cleaners who already work in the industry and want steady commercial work organized crews and higher earning potential at a growing family-owned company.

This is not an entry-level labor position. We are looking for experienced technicians comfortable working at height who can contribute immediately.

Schedule: Full-time year-round work

Higher starting pay for experience. Premium pay considered for:

• Aerial lift operators
• Rope descent technicians
• Scaffolding experience
• Crew leads

Typical Work

• Commercial building window cleaning
• Lift work and drop work (RDS)
• Water-fed pole systems
• Atriums and interior glass
• Hospitals campuses large facilities
